Policies
Late cancellation
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class, or a $20 fee applies.
No-show
Missing a reserved class without cancelling is a $30 fee.
Late arrival
For everyone's safety and focus, we can't admit clients once class has begun — please arrive a few minutes early.
Membership freeze
Active members can freeze their membership once per year, for up to 30 days.
All sales final
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
